Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical-device sales experience.
• At least 3 years calling directly on Retina specialist practices.
• Proven success selling buy-and-bill in the office setting.
• Established relationships with Retina specialists and decision-makers.
• Experience driving adoption of a new product across multiple stakeholders.
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder accounts independently.

Responsibilities

• Own all commercial activity for retina practices within the territory.
• Map accounts' decision structures including physicians and administrators.
• Prospect new accounts and open opportunities without leads.
• Lead in-office buy-and-bill discussions and reimbursement planning.
• Guide practices through purchasing, inventory management, and billing setup.
• Collaborate with Access & Reimbursement and Trade teams within compliance.
• Provide compliant, on-label presentations against competitors.
• Launch leadership as part of the Expedition Team and share insights.
