Job summary

Outlook Therapeutics is seeking a Field-based Key Account Manager to launch our retina product across a broad New York and New Jersey geography. You will own the full customer relationship from first call to long-term growth, coordinating with leadership to write the playbook for future teams.

You will lead buy-and-bill discussions, drive adoption across multiple stakeholders, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, successful implementation and ongoing education for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical-device sales experience, including 3+ years with retina practices.
• Proven success selling buy-and-bill, physician-administered products in office settings.
• Established relationships with retina specialists and practice decision-makers in the territory.
• Experience driving adoption of new products across multiple stakeholders.
• Consistent, verifiable record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Own all commercial activity across a large multi-state territory as primary contact for retina practices.
• Lead in-office buy-and-bill discussions including reimbursement and billing considerations.
• Move accounts from interest to full adoption through treatment protocols and training.
• Launch and share best practices across the national team and with leadership.
• Maintain compliant records and manage territory budget and resources.
