Job summary

Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a Field-based Key Account Manager, Retina for the Northern Florida region (Tampa/Orlando). You will own the retina practice relationships, lead adoption of our first ophthalmic bevacizumab formulation, and manage in-office buy-and-bill discussions across a broad geography.

Bring 5+ years of pharma/biotech sales, proven buy-and-bill success, and established retina networks. Travel within the territory is required; you will report to National Sales Director and

Qualifications

• 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical-device sales experience.
• At least 3 years calling directly on retina specialist practices.
• Proven success selling buy-and-bill in the physician office.
• Established professional relationships with retina specialists/practice decision-makers.
• Experience driving adoption of a new product across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own all commercial activity in a large multi-state retina territory; be the primary contact for retina practices and networks.
• Lead in-office buy-and-bill discussions including reimbursement and billing considerations.
• Guide practices through purchasing channels, inventory management, and reimbursement processes.
• Move accounts from interest to order via treatment protocols, formulary decisions, and staff training.
• Establish and develop physician champions; collaborate with leadership to inform strategy.
