Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Field-based Key Account Manager to launch and lead a retina-focused sales initiative across a broad geography, with Seattle and Portland as core areas.

You will own all commercial activities with retina specialists, drive adoption, and build a repeatable playbook in a high-growth phase. The role requires 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales, direct retina practice relationships, and expertise in buy-and-bill strategies, reimbursement, and payer dynamics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical-device sales experience.
• At least 3 years calling directly on Retina specialist practices.
• Experience selling a buy-and-bill product in-office.
• Established relationships with Retina specialists and decision-makers.

Responsabilités

• Territory ownership from Day 1 with plans for key retina practices.
• Own commercial activity for retina specialists and networks.
• Map account decision structures and drive expansion.
• Lead adoption through stakeholders and educate on reimbursement.
• Ensure compliant, high-integrity field execution and reporting.
