You will own retina practices and multi-location groups, drive buy-and-bill conversations, and lead adoption across stakeholders in a fast-growing company with a direct path to leadership. Candidate brings 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales, 3+ years retina experience, and a proven track record in physician-administered products, with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical-device sales experience.
• At least 3 years calling directly on Retina specialist practices.
• Demonstrated success selling a buy-and-bill, physician-administered product.
• Established relationships with Retina specialists and practice decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Own territory and accounts from Day 1 across retina practices and multi-location groups.
• Lead in-office buy-and-bill discussions, reimbursement, and billing strategy.
• Drive adoption by coordinating with stakeholders across clinical, economic, and operational teams.
• Launch leadership as part of the Expedition Team, shaping future playbooks.
• Ensure compliance with PhRMA Code and company policies, and manage expenses.
