Job summary

Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a KAM in Retina to lead a large, field-based territory primarily serving Miami, FL.

You will own all commercial activity, drive in-office buy-and-bill conversations, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure access and adoption of our ophthalmic bevacizumab product for wet AMD. The role requires deep retina practice relationships, strategic account management, and the ability to write the playbook for a high-growth launch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical-device sales experience including 3+ years calling on retina specialist practices.
• Proven success selling a buy-and-bill, physician-administered product in the office setting.
• Established relationships with retina specialists and practice decision-makers in the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-state retina territory from Day 1 and manage full commercial activity.
• Lead discussions on in-office buy-and-bill, reimbursement, and coding; guide purchasing and inventory.
• Develop physician champions and key accounts; expand relationships across practice networks.
• Collaborate with Access, Reimbursement, and Trade teams to ensure payer support and product adoption.
• Launch and lead the expedition team in priority markets, shaping future playbooks.
