Job summary

Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager, Retina for the Pacific Northwest.

This field-based role covers Seattle and Portland, leading the launch of our first ophthalmic bevacizumab formulation and building relationships with retina specialists. You’ll own the territory from Day 1, develop a comprehensive action plan, and drive adoption through buy-and-bill conversations, payor alignment, and product education.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical-device sales experience, with at least 3 years calling Retina practices.
• Proven success selling buy-and-bill, physician-administered products in an office setting.
• Established relationships with Retina specialists and practice decision-makers.
• Experience driving adoption of a new product across multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively; valid driver's license and ability to credential across practices.

Responsibilities

• Own all commercial activity across a large multi-state retina territory.
• Lead in-office buy-and-bill conversations including reimbursement and J-code billing.
• Develop accounts from first contact to routine use and build relationships with clinicians and practice staff.
• Collaborate with Access & Reimbursement, Strategic Accounts, and Trade & Distribution teams to enable access and adoption.
• Launch leadership: contribute to founding the Expedition Team and share insights with leadership.
