Job summary

Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. is building a commercial Retina franchise and seeks a Field-based Key Account Manager to launch our first ophthalmic bevacizumab product in the Detroit area. You will own key retina accounts, develop Day 1–30 plans, and drive adoption with eye-care practices.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales, proven buy-and-bill success, and established relationships with retina specialists. This is a high-visibility, ground-floor role with expansion potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical-device sales experience, incl. 3 years with Retina practices.
• Proven success selling buy-and-bill, physician-administered products.
• Established relationships with retina specialists and practice decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own territory across multi-state area including Detroit and Grand Rapids; Day 1 plan.
• Lead in-office buy-and-bill conversations and reimbursement discussions.
• Guide practices on purchasing via distributors and inventory management.
• Move accounts from interest to first order to routine use.
• Launch leadership as founding member of the US commercial field team.
• Maintain compliant records and manage territory budget.
