Job summary

Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to launch our lead retina product in the U.S. market. This field-based role covers San Francisco Bay Area and adjacent regions, requiring deep knowledge of retina practices and multi-site networks.

You will own territory results from Day 1, develop a comprehensive access and reimbursement strategy, and partner with leadership to write the playbook for a successful launch. Travel is required to manage accounts and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with measurable quotas.
• At least 3 years directly calling on retina specialist practices.
• Established relationships with retina specialists and practice decision-makers.
• Experience selling buy-and-bill programs in physician offices.

Responsibilities

• Own a large multi-state retina territory and drive first-order adoption.
• Lead in-office buy-and-bill discussions including reimbursement and J-code billing.
• Develop account strategies, map decision structures, and expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with Access, Reimbursement, and Trade teams to ensure reimbursements.
• Launch leadership: help shape the field playbook for new products.
