Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Field-based Key Account Manager to launch and grow our retina product in a multi-state territory, with main focus on Los Angeles, CA. You will own all commercial activity, build relationships with retina specialists, and drive first orders to sustained adoption.

You’ll lead day-1 planning, navigate reimbursement and procurement processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, successful product integration across practices.

Formación

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical-device sales experience.
• At least 3 years calling directly on Retina specialist practices.
• Experience selling buy-and-bill in the physician office setting.
• Established professional relationships with Retina specialists and practice decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.

Responsabilidades

• Territory & Account Ownership from Day 1: plan retina practices and access pathways.
• Lead in-office buy-and-bill conversations, payer/billing discussions, and product handling.
• Drive adoption by coordinating with access, reimbursement, and trade teams.
• Launch leadership: open new accounts, shape the field playbook, share insights with leadership.
• Maintain compliant operations, track expenses, and manage territory budget.
