Job summary

Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a field-based Key Account Manager to launch our lead retina product across a broad geography, with Denver, CO as a core focus.

You will own the full customer relationship from first contact through long-term growth and report to the National Sales Director. You will map accounts, drive buy-and-bill conversations, and partner with Access, Reimbursement, and Trade teams to ensure reimbursement and reorder.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical-device sales, including at least 3 years calling directly on Retina specialist practices.
• Demonstrated success selling a buy-and-bill, physician-administered product in the office setting.
• Established professional relationships with Retina specialists and practice decision-makers in the assigned territory.
• Experience driving adoption of a new product, technology or reimbursement process across multiple stakeholders.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial activity across a large, multi-state territory as the primary contact for retina practices and networks.
• Lead in-office buy-and-bill discussions, including reimbursement and billing considerations.
• Develop and map accounts, identify decision-makers, and expand relationships with regional thought leaders.
• Launch and drive product adoption by coordinating with Access, Reimbursement, and Trade teams within compliance boundaries.
• Represent the company at regional meetings and share field insights to inform strategy.
