Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Field-based Key Account Manager to launch our retina therapy across a broad geography, including major markets around Chicago, IL.

You will own the full customer relationship from first contact through long-term growth with retina specialists and practice networks. The role requires 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales, proven success with buy-and-bill discussions, and extensive travel within the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical-device sales experience, with direct Retina specialist calls.
• Established relationships with Retina specialists and practice decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including overnight travel.

Responsabilités

• Own all commercial activity across a large multi-state territory as the primary contact for retina specialist practices and networks.
• Lead buy-and-bill discussions in the physician office, including reimbursement and billing considerations.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder accounts, drive adoption, and build consensus for new product uptake.
