Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a National Field KAM to drive Retina practice growth in Washington DC and surrounding regions.

You will own territory strategy, build relationships with retina specialists and multi-location practices, and lead buy-and-bill discussions to support office-based reimbursement and patient access. You will partner with Access, Reimbursement, and Trade teams to ensure compliant launches, educate practices, and accelerate adoption while reporting progress to senior

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharma/biotech/medical-device sales.
• At least 3 years calling directly on retina specialist practices.
• Experience selling buy-and-bill in the office setting.
• Established relationships with retina specialists and decision-makers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.

Responsibilities

• Own a large retina-focused territory and drive account growth.
• Lead buy-and-bill discussions with practices, including reimbursement.
• Build relationships with practice decision-makers and thought leaders.
• Collaborate with Access, Reimbursement, and Trade teams.
• Represent Outlook Therapeutics at regional meetings.
• Ensure compliant, data-driven activity in line with policies.
