Job summary

Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Field-based Key Account Manager to launch our retina product across a wide geography centered in Phoenix, AZ and Las Vegas, NV.

You will own the territory from Day 1, build relationships with retina practices, and drive adoption through buy-and-bill conversations and reimbursement planning. As one of 19 Expedition Team members, you will write the playbook, set interim goals, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to ensure physicians gain

Qualifications

• 5+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical-device sales.
• At least 3 years calling directly on Retina specialists.
• Proven success selling buy-and-bill in the office setting.
• Established relationships with retina specialists and practice decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Territory & account ownership from Day 1 across a large geography.
• Lead in-office buy-and-bill conversations and reimbursement planning.
• Adoption and implementation across stakeholders to drive routine use.
• Launch leadership as a founding member of the expedition team.
• Ensure compliance with PhRMA Code and company policies.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory.
