Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Alabama is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a zone of the sales floor, oversee merchandising and customer service, and drive an exceptional associate and customer experience.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, pricing, signage, and daily recovery, while ensuring standards and operational compliance. The role requires the ability to lead a team, adapt to evenings and weekends, and stay customer-focused.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance and direction for the assigned zone of the store floor.
• Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Schedule and staff effectively for unloading/processing of merchandise and floor coverage.
• Supervise zone associates, communicate directives, and perform open/close duties as needed.
