Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Holdings, Inc. in Prattville, AL is seeking a Zone Team Leader to guide a store zone, lead merchandising efforts, and ensure an exceptional associate and customer experience.

The role involves supervising a team, scheduling, opening/closing the store as needed, and executing procedures for merchandising, pricing, signage, and replenishment across the zone. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory experience in retail and a positive, team-oriented attitude to help

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandise planning, receiving, and stocking on the sales floor.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for unloading/processing of merchandise and driving associate productivity.
• Supervise zone associates and communicate directives to ensure follow-up.
• Open/close the store when needed and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
