Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide operation of a zone on the sales floor, focusing on merchandising and delivering an exceptional associate and customer experience. You will oversee pricing, displays, replenishment, and in-zone performance.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retailer, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a positive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and programs meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandise planning, receiving, and stocking on the sales floor.
• Coordinate staffing for unloading/processing and drive associate productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates in the zone and communicate directives for follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader duties to open/close the store and handle additional responsibilities.
