Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide the zone merchandising and ensure an exceptional associate and customer experience.

You will oversee displays, pricing, replenishment, and daily recovery while leading a motivated team on the sales floor. The role requires supervisory experience, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and a positive, team-centered attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct the zone merchandising and customer experience.
• Oversee signage, replenishment, pricing, and displays.
• Schedule and staff for unload/processing and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates and communicate directives to ensure follow-up.
• Open/close the store and perform other duties as assigned.
