Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking a Retail Associate Manager to lead store teams and deliver top-tier customer experiences. You will learn and build proficiency in customer service while helping customers pick the right devices and plans in-store.

As a RAM, you will coach teammates, demonstrate products, and support the Store Manager with daily operations and coaching to drive sales and loyalty across our expanding network.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Full Time (40 hours).
• Prior wireless sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service and provide best-in-class experiences.
• Demonstrate the latest technology in-store and provide hands-on demonstrations.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized device/service solutions.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and answers.
• Assist Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
• Develop relationships across channels to resolve issues and drive loyalty.
