Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking Retail Associate Managers (RAM) to lead a store team and embody the Arch Telecom brand. You’ll train, coach, and motivate staff while delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving sales goals.

You’ll conduct hands-on product demonstrations, guide customers through buying decisions, and partner with the Store Manager on daily operations. A fast-paced, energetic environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours)

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to uncover personalized device and service solutions.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and explain your expertise.
• Assist Retail Store Manager in daily operations and coaching.
