Arch Telecom is hiring Retail Associate Managers to lead a team in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our stores. You will coach team members, demonstrate devices and plans, and build relationships with customers while driving sales and loyalty.

As a RAM, you will support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead by example, and help identify opportunities to grow new and existing business within a fast-paced wireless retail environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong communication with team and customers.
• Experience in wireless sales preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
