Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking Retail Associate Managers (RAM) to lead a dynamic retail team across our stores. You will live the brand, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and coach peers to uncover customers' needs with hands-on demonstrations of the latest wireless technology.

You will partner with the Retail Store Manager on daily operations, drive sales, build loyalty, and foster relationships across channels.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior wireless sales experience is preferred.
• Availability to stand long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
