Arch Telecom is seeking Retail Associate Managers to join our team in New York. RAMs act as brand ambassadors, energizing the sales floor while developing expertise in devices, plans and add-ons.

You will support the Store Manager, coach peers, and help deliver a superior customer experience that builds loyalty and drives sales. Ideal candidates bring leadership, competitive drive, strong communication, and prior wireless sales exposure.

• Proven track record in a fast-paced wireless sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Retail Store Manager with daily operations and staff coaching.
• Lead by example in delivering best-in-class customer experiences.
• Build relationships across channels and resolve customer issues.
• Identify and handoff small business leads to drive sales.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless store performance.
• Participate in training and onboarding to develop skills.
