Arch Telecom is seeking a Retail Associate Manager (RAM) to lead a store team, coach staff, and deliver best-in-class customer experiences. You will engage customers with in-store product demonstrations and consult on devices and service plans, while supporting daily operations with the Store Manager.

You’ll develop your leadership skills in a fast-paced environment, focus on customer loyalty, and help identify opportunities to grow business through strong teamwork and cross-channel

• Leadership and coaching experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proven ability to deliver first-class customer experience.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.

Responsabilités

• Lead a Retail Team to deliver energy and enthusiasm for Arch Telecom’s products.
• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
• Demonstrate product features and services to customers in-store and online.
• Identify customer needs and hand off small business leads when appropriate.
• Collaborate with cross-channel teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
