Job summary

Join T-Mobile USA, Inc. as a Mobile Associate to help customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail setting.

Build product knowledge, demonstrate features, and guide shoppers through their journey while refining communication and problem-solving skills. You will train on retail processes and wireless technology, collaborate with teammates across channels, and support initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
