Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company in Tyler, Texas is seeking a Training Coordinator to partner with store management to train and develop teammates and ensure adherence to policies and safety procedures.

You will conduct onboarding, identify training needs, deliver sessions, track progress, and contribute to a customer‑focused store environment while maintaining a clean, presentable storefront and supporting a culture of growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one or more years of related experience.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.
• Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners with retail management.
• On-board new hires and introduce policies, procedures, people, and culture.
• Identify partners in need of training and ensure all required modules are completed.
• Remain current on policies, procedures, and technologies.
• Conduct training sessions on-the-job and refresher trainings.
• Report progress of partners during training to management.
• Assist partners with position-related issues and suggest improvements to procedures.
• Provide a friendly, customer-service oriented attitude and ensure the store looks presentable.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work and shopping environment.
