Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Store Trainer in Groesbeck, TX to collaborate with retail management to train and develop partners and ensure adherence to training guidelines. You will onboard new hires, identify training needs, and deliver diverse training sessions including on-the-job and refresher courses.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and a customer-service mindset, with a focus on shop-floor readiness and safety compliance.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED and 1+ year related experience.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable.
• 21+ years old to drive for company business.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates with retail management to train and develop partners.
• On-board new hires and introduce company policies, people, and culture.
• Identify training needs and ensure all modules are completed.
• Conduct training sessions covering varied topics including on-the-job and refresher training.
• Report partner progress to management and provide recommendations.
• Maintain customer-friendly store environment and safe procedures.
