Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution and drive sales across the designated territory. You will coordinate Direct Store Delivery, motivate Merchandisers, and ensure successful rollout of HQ programs.

You will cultivate relationships with store personnel, leverage data-driven strategies for growth, and optimize shelf impact while upholding safety and compliance in all activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in field sales and retail execution is desirable.
• Ability to travel within territory and lift/move materials as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hit the Numbers: Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts.
• Lead with Impact: Manage and inspire a team of Merchandisers from hiring to coaching and development.
• Drive Execution Excellence: Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Consult & Sell: Provide expert on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan for Growth: Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs.
• Build Relationships: Develop strong partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
