Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution across assigned accounts in Kentucky and nearby states. You will oversee Direct Store Delivery, build relationships with store personnel, and drive sales growth through effective merchandising and customer plans.

The role requires 3-5 years selling experience, a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and availability for weekends.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required, college degree highly preferred.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong sales background.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lift up to 25 lbs, occasional 50+ lbs).
• Successful drug test, MVR check, and background check.
• Mondelēz International offers a company vehicle with gas card and maintenance.

Responsibilities
