Job summary

Mondeléz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead DSD execution across a California territory. You will drive sales, manage a mix of full-time and part-time merchandisers, and partner with store teams to deliver flawless in-store programs.

In this role you will tailor data-driven strategies to customer needs, optimize displays, and ensure timely product ordering and compliance with safety guidelines. A strong sales background and ability to energize teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong sales background and understanding of business processes.
• Ability to perform physical activities as part of field work.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandisers (full-time and part-time).
• Oversee in-store execution of priorities and programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Develop data-driven strategies to grow the territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel and partners.
• Coordinate resources to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
