Job summary

Mondeléz International in California is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive DSD execution, grow sales, and energize in-store turns. You’ll lead a team of merchandisers, optimize displays, and build strong partnerships with store personnel across your territory.

You’ll plan data-driven sales strategies, execute HQ programs, and ensure flawless rollout of priorities while maintaining safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong sales background
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
