Mondelez International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive DSD in California. You will lead sales, merchandising execution, and customer partnerships to energize shelves across your territory.

You will manage a team of Merchandisers, optimize store displays, and tailor data-driven strategies to local demographics. The role demands strong relationship building and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Formación

• 3-5 years of selling experience with strong understanding of business processes and systems.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Successful drug test, MVR check, and background check.
• Must be located within 40 miles of Anaheim, Garden Grove, Cerritos and surrounding CA cities.

Responsabilidades

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandisers (FT/PT).
• Drive flawless in-store rollout of priorities and merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ program execution.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Build partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top-tier service.
• Optimize resource deployment of merchandisers and order writers for shelf impact.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management with FTOWs.
• Own the cadence: design a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships.
