Job summary

Mondelez International in California seeks a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery execution and in-store presence across assigned accounts. You’ll lead a team of merchandisers, optimize displays, and build partnerships with store personnel to grow sales.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience in consumer packaged goods or retail environments.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and pass drug and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Ensure flawless rollout of merchandising programs in-store.
• Develop data-driven sales strategies tailored to store demographics.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel and HQ teams.
