Mondelēz International is hiring a Retail Territory Manager to drive in-store success across California territory. You’ll lead Direct Store Delivery, build retailer relationships, and energize the territory with flawless execution of merchandising and sales programs.

The role blends strategy with people skills, requiring 3–5 years of selling experience, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to travel locally. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Competenze

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business process knowledge.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs).
• Drug test, background check, and MVR required.
• Company vehicle provided, including gas card and maintenance.

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by growing accounts and executing plans.
• Lead and coach a team of merchandisers to drive results.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and in-store programs.
