Mondelez International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive in-store execution and sales growth across assigned accounts. You will lead a team of merchandisers, optimize store displays, and ensure flawless rollout of merchandising programs.

The role requires strong relationship-building with store personnel and cross-functional partners. You will plan data-driven strategies, manage resources, and ensure schedules maximize shelf impact while maintaining safety and compliance.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid drivers license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED required, college degree highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Hit the numbers: deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts.
• Lead with impact: manage and inspire a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers.
• Drive execution excellence: ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Consult & sell: on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ program execution.
