Mondelēz International in the United States is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive DSD execution and growth across a regional portfolio. You will energize the territory, manage relationships with store personnel, and deliver world-class retail results through strategy, agile execution, and people management.

You will lead a team of merchandisers, coordinate with HQ programs, and tailor plans to local store demographics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience with a strong sales background.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet travel requirements.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach merchandisers; manage hiring and development.
• Drive flawless in-store execution of priorities and programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation and secure incremental opportunities.
• Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Build partnerships with store personnel for top-tier service.
• Optimize deployment of merchandisers and order writers.
• Oversee product ordering, displays, and unsaleables management.
• Design and execute a smart store cadence for growth.
• Operate safely and in compliance with company guidelines.
