Job summary

Mondelez International in the United States is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution and Direct Store Delivery across your assigned territory, driving growth and strong retailer partnerships.

You will hit monthly and quarterly sales targets, lead Merchandiser teams, optimize displays, and plan data-driven strategies tailored to store demographics, while ensuring safety and compliance and delivering top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business-process knowledge.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must pass drug test, MVR, and background check.
• Company vehicle with gas card provided.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach Merchandisers from hiring to performance development.
• Drive flawless in-store execution of priorities and programs.
• Consult and sell on-site to secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan data-driven growth strategies based on store demographics.
• Cultivate partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
• Optimize resource deployment to maximize shelf impact.
• Oversee product ordering, displays, and unsaleables with FTOWs.
• Design a smart store cadence to strengthen relationships and results.
• Operate safely and in compliance with Mondelēz guidelines.
