Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery excellence across a Colorado territory. You will lead relationships with store personnel, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and energize sales through strategic planning and flawless execution.

You’ll manage a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers, optimize shelf impact, and execute HQ programs while maintaining strong safety and operational standards.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of selling experience.
• Ability to perform physical activities (frequent lifting up to 25 lbs).

Mansioni

• Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Drive flawless in-store execution and merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Cultivate partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver service.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management.
