Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive in-store execution across multiple Texas-based cities. You will lead a team of Merchandisers, deliver on sales targets, and execute merchandising programs with strong relationship-building across store personnel.

You’ll plan data-driven growth, optimize resource deployment, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines, while leveraging HQ programs to maximize store performance.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED required, college degree highly preferred
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong sales background
• Physical activities: lifting up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Drug test, MVR check, and background check required
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program provided

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandisers (full-time and part-time).
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics and needs.
