Zusammenfassung

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager in Colorado to lead in-store execution and energize store teams across the territory. You will drive Direct Store Delivery, optimize displays, and deliver top-brand performance with strong relationship building and strategic planning.

You will hit sales targets, manage Merchandisers, coordinate with HQ programs, and plan data-driven strategies to grow the territory while upholding safety and company guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license.
• HS diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• 3–5 years selling experience with strong sales background.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally).
• Drug test, MVR check, and background check.
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program.

Aufgaben

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by growing accounts and executing plans.
• Lead a team of Merchandisers from hiring to coaching.
• Drive flawless in-store rollout of sales priorities and programs.
• Consult & sell: provide on-site sales advice and HQ program execution.
• Plan data-driven sales strategies based on store demographics.
• Build relationships with store personnel to uncover opportunities.
• Optimize deployment of merchandisers to maximize shelf impact.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution and unsaleables.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule.
• Stay compliant with safety and operating guidelines.
