Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery (DSD) execution and achieve sales targets across a Colorado territory. You will lead a team of Merchandisers, collaborate with store personnel, and ensure flawless in-store rollout of sales priorities.

The role requires 3–5 years of selling experience, strong understanding of business processes, and physical ability for routine lifting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years selling experience; strong sales background.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting up to 25 lbs) and operate in a retail setting.
• Company vehicle provided with gas card and maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers.
• Ensure flawless in-store rollout of sales priorities and programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Develop data-driven sales strategies based on store demographics.
• Build partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver service.
• Coordinate merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management with FTOWs.
• Design a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Operate within Mondelēz International’s safety guidelines.
• Build trust with customers and cross-functional partners.
• Be agile and adaptable to changing priorities in retail environments.
• Plan effectively and manage time to meet objectives.
• Navigate retail systems and tools to support operations.
