Job summary

Mondelēz International in Colorado seeks a Retail Territory Manager responsible for Direct Store Delivery execution and in-store brand presence. You will build retailer relationships, lead merchandisers, and drive regional sales across the territory.

You will plan growth, tailor store plans, optimize displays, and ensure flawless execution of priorities. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a drive to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong understanding of business processes and systems.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be located within 40 miles of target cities.

Responsibilities

• Hit the numbers: deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts.
• Lead with impact: manage a team of Merchandisers from hiring to coaching.
• Drive execution excellence: ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Consult & sell: provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan for growth: tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs.
• Build relationships: cultivate partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
• Own the cadence: design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
