Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery execution and energize a Colorado territory. You will build strong customer relationships, lead merchandisers, and ensure flawless retail execution across assigned accounts and stores.

The role requires 3–5 years of selling experience, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays. A base salary with bonus potential is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 18+ with valid driver’s license for resident state.
• HS diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business process understanding.
• Physical tasks: lift/carry up to 25 lbs, occasional over 50 lbs.
• Drug test, MVR check, and background check required.
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program provided.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of merchandisers and writers.
• Ensure in-store rollout of priorities and programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Develop data-driven strategies tailored to store demographics.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel for service excellence.
• Optimize resource deployment to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management.
