Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive in-store success across assigned accounts with Direct Store Delivery (DSD) execution and brand storytelling on shelves.

You will lead merchandisers, plan growth, build store partnerships, and ensure compliant store operations while delivering growth targets and a best-in-class shopper experience. The role requires travel within the territory and weekend availability to support store priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.
• 3-5 years of selling experience with strong business-process knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities
