Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery execution and energize shelved brands across a defined US territory. You will lead a team of Merchandisers, optimize displays, and collaborate with store personnel to deliver top-tier service and growth.

You will plan effectively using store demographics, manage relationships, and ensure flawless rollout of programs while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Be 18+ with valid drivers license
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
• 3-5 years selling experience with strong business process understanding
• Physical activity: lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally >50 lbs
• Drug test, MVR, and background check required
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts
• Lead a team of Merchandisers (full-time & part-time) from hiring to development
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs
• Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics and needs
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities
• Optimize resource deployment to maximize shelf impact and sales volume
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results
• Operate within Mondelēz safety and operational guidelines
