Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead Direct Store Delivery execution across your territory. You will drive in-store excellence, build strong retailer relationships, and energize the sales team to deliver results.

This role blends strategy with hands-on leadership and brand execution. You will manage Merchandisers, tailor data-driven plans to local demographics, and ensure flawless rollout of priorities, while maintaining safety and compliance across all stores in

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age with a valid driver license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• 3–5 years selling experience with strong business processes knowledge.
• Ability to perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs (occasional 50 lbs).
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead a team of Merchandisers; hire, coach, and develop performance.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs.
• Consult & sell on-site; secure incremental opportunities.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel to deliver service.
• Optimize deployment of merchandisers and order writers.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables.
• Design and execute a smart store cadence to drive results.
• Operate within safety and operational guidelines.
