Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution and Direct Store Delivery across multiple Minnesota cities. You will drive sales by building relationships, coaching a team of Merchandisers, and ensuring flawless rollout of priorities.

The role blends strategy, agility, and people skills to energize the territory and maximize snack sales. You will manage relationships with store personnel, use data-driven strategies to plan growth, and oversee efficient use

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience with a strong sales background and understanding of business processes
• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays and ability to travel within territory
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasional heavier lifting as required
• Successful background checks including drug test and MVR

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by growing assigned accounts
• Lead and coach Merchandisers (full-time and part-time)
• Execute flawless in-store rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities
• Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics and customer needs
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities
• Optimize deployment of merchandisers and order writers for shelf impact
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables in collaboration with FTOWs
• Own the cadence of store visits and scheduling
• Operate within Mondelez International safety and operational guidelines
