Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Retail Territory Manager to drive in-store success across an Oregon territory. You will lead Direct Store Delivery execution, build strong relationships with retailers, and energize the shelves with compelling merchandising and promo programs.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on leadership of full-time and part-time merchandisers to meet monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business process knowledge.
• Physical activity including lifting and movement up to 25 lbs (sometimes more).
• Drug test, MVR check, and background check completed.
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program provided.

Responsibilities

• Hit the Numbers: Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across accounts.
• Lead with Impact: Manage and coach a team of Merchandisers (FT/PT).
• Drive Execution Excellence: Ensure flawless rollout of priorities in-store.
• Consult & Sell: Provide on-site sales consultation and secure opportunities.
• Plan for Growth: Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate partnerships with store personnel.
• Optimize Resources: Deploy merchandisers and writers to maximize shelf impact.
• Champion Store Success: Oversee ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management.
• Own the Cadence: Design a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships.
