Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution across designated KY markets and drive Direct Store Delivery initiatives. You will build strong retailer relationships and coach Merchandisers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with data-driven plans.

You will optimize displays, collaborate with store teams, manage inventory and ensure HQ programs are implemented flawlessly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years selling experience with strong understanding of business processes and systems.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Hit the numbers by delivering monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Lead a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers (coaching to performance development).
• Drive flawless in-store rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs.
• Provide expert, on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan data-driven strategies tailored to store demographics and customer needs.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver service.
• Strategically deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Operate within Mondelēz International’s safety and operational guidelines.
