Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead Direct Store Delivery (DSD) execution across assigned accounts and drive in-store excellence. You will energize stores, build relationships, and coach teams to optimize displays and sales performance.

You will manage a team of merchandisers, develop data-driven selling plans, and ensure programs are executed flawlessly while maintaining safety and compliance across the territory.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Strong sales and business process understanding; 3–5 years of selling experience.
• Ability to lift and perform physical activities as part of merchandising requirements.
• Must pass background checks and driving record checks; valid license.
